Avigilon Control Center Mobile 2 (ACC Mobile 2) enables security professionals to connect to the Avigilon Control Center (ACC) Network Video Management Software (NVMS) platform over any IP wireless network with Apple devices including the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. ACC Mobile 2 enables operators to remotely view live and recorded surveillance video, receive alarm push notifications, and speak back through enabled camera speakers to improve response times to incidents from any location.
Extending the award-winning High Definition Stream Management (HDSM) technology of Avigilon Control Center, ACC Mobile 2 is designed to efficiently support HD and megapixel images and detail up to 7K (30 MP). Leveraging the Avigilon Control Center Gateway, ACC Mobile 2 can be easily connected to an unlimited number of servers and cameras, expanding access to video surveillance data for greater coverage and remote monitoring.

• ACC 5.x or ACC 6.x
• Push alarm notifications require ACC Enterprise edition
• Audio talk down requires ACC Standard or ACC Enterprise edition
• ACC Gateway installed

Slow, buggy and crashes.

With as fantastic as this system is in a whole, the mobile app comes no where near close to the client software for PC or Web. The app needs to be restarted multiple times, it is slow to load video, and will give constant authentication errors when opened and closed.
This is a major part of our system and I can't say I'm overly pleased with the performance of the iPhone app. When the next update comes out I will be carefully reviewing it and will update this post then, if necessary.

Needs to be completely re-done

The Avigilon mobile app completely disappoints compared to the software for PC or web. The app is slow, crashes and is not the most user friendly. Avigilon is a great system that I often use but the app needs to be completely re-done. It has not been updated for 3 years, which is unheard of for a tech company.
I will be looking out for updates and will edit this review accordingly. I hope Avigilon gets this handled.

App is very slow/sluggish

The app is extremely slow and sluggish. All I really get is the spinning wheels of death for a few minutes before the camera images pull up. If you need to see an individual camera, once again you get the spinning wheel of death. Once coming out of the individual camera, again you get the spinning wheels of death. Hopefully an update is coming soon that fixes the speed of the app.
