Cloud Station also doesn't work with every file I'm interested in using it with. For example, on the Mac, most browsers support.webloc files, which can be made by dragging a URL to the desktop. The OS X synchronization client for the Cloud Station product from Synology can be used by an attacker to gain root privileges for the storage device and compromise it completely.
